Right now, the health and safety of your pool and family, is more important than ever to your local Swimart. Under the current restrictions we are here for you with a number of contactless services from emergency pool repairs, water test drop off zone to deliveries.

Emergency pool repairs

We can come and repair or upgrade faulty
equipment, contact us for a quote.

Water test drop off zone

Simply drop off your labelled water sample at the front of the store. We will take care of the testing.

Kerbside pickup service

Know what you need? Call us to place your order & we can arrange pickup out the front of the store.

We can deliver

If you know what you need we can organise for products to be delivered to your home.

Water test drop off zone

We have dedicated water test drop off zones located at the front of our retail stores. Simply leave your water test bottle labelled with your customer number at the water test drop off zone. We will collect it and contact you with the results. We have taken social distancing and extra sanitising measures in our stores in order to guarantee a seamless contactless service ensuring the safety of our customers and staff. In addition, our stores offer contactless payment options.

How does it work?

Step 1.

Label your water test bottle with your customer number. If you do not know your customer number please call the store

Step 2.

We will collect the sample and perform a comprehensive water test. We will phone you with the results and recommendations within 24hrs

Step 3.

If you wish to purchase the recommended products – Pay over the phone is available

Step 4.

Pick up at store. Please phone us upon arrival and we will bring the products out to your car
